Facilities
The award-winning Grange Farm Centre is an eco-friendly building, housing a community hall/meeting room, changing facilities for players and officials, offices for the features these include reused timber, eco-friendly staff, and home to the Essex Wildlife wardens. The building has a sedum living roof, ground source heat pumps and solar panels. The building design won a Green Apple award in 2011 for its innovative design, this was won in partnership with Tooley and Fosters architects.
The building has already home to a number of community-based clubs and associations, including the ever-developing Colebrook Royals FC, who have recently been awarded the community standard status by the Essex FA.
Grange Farm Centre also offers its facilities to its neighbours, Chigwell School, Chigwell Riding Trust, and Jubilee Lodge.
